Africa Kids Needs More Foods and Water

Releasing the children from poverty through activities - Physical, Cognitive & Social and enabling them to become self reliant in all aspects of their lives.

Children provided daily with Nutritious dinner, periodical medical checkups and financial support for medical instances. We gave awareness on different aspects of health. We provide for Hygiene supplies like washing soap, bathing soap, tooth paste, etc. on monthly basis and created awareness on personal hygiene. Children are maintaining personal hygiene; reduced communicable diseases; freed from malnourishment and they are enjoying with good health. In addition to this, children are trained in good hygiene practices. We were giving training on Sports, Athletes and indoor games.

Children come from very difficult back grounds like broken families and parents who are addicted to substance abuse. Hence, we provide staff for mentor and walk with the child in their journey of life. In addition to that, we undertake a lot of personality development and character building initiatives that would enable the child to hold on to the dream and persevere towards realizing it. We have been conducting awareness programs to the parents on social evils like alcoholism, smoking, gambling, superstitions, bad influence of media, immorality, Gender discrimination, Child rights, Child abuse, Child trafficking, safe environmental methods, etc. to the parents and children. Children learnt and cultivating good habits by creating awareness and becoming good citizens of the nation. Children are maintaining good relations.

We have 5 Child Development Centers in different areas of Andhra Pradesh. Children are being benefitted educationally. We are tutoring the children and clarify their doubts, prepared children for the exams. As we are giving support and motivation children are attending the school. We distribute educational supplies, uniforms, school fee, transportation charges, etc. So children are regularly attending the schools and continuing their studies and reduced the school drop outs. 98% of the children are continuing their education and getting good marks.

Total No. of Beneficiaries (Children): 1598 children are being benefitted in five projects in Payakaraopeta (Visakhapatnam Dist.), Kamsalipalem (Krishna Dist.), RV Palli (Kadapa Dist.), Lakshmipuram (Prakasam Dist.)and Peddapuram (East Godavari Dist.) of Andhra Pradesh, India.
